About Sysily
Sysily (sysily.com) is a small, independent website with practical guides to IT automation and documentation.
What this site is
Sysily publishes hands-on articles for sysadmins, DevOps beginners and small IT teams: automation fundamentals, Ansible and Bash, Docker, GitOps, infrastructure as code, monitoring and observability, runbooks and documentation practices.
Earlier versions of this site described a runbook/automation software platform. No such product exists: there is no software, account, free trial, demo, template download or consulting service.
Who it is for
People who keep systems running and want to spend less time on repetitive work and tribal knowledge.
How the content is made
Guides are general information compiled from public documentation and common practice and may be drafted with the help of AI writing tools before editing. Commands and configurations are examples — review and test them in a safe environment before using them in production. Tool names belong to their respective owners.
